It starts with glass

We carefully clean and prepare recycled glass in our Dublin studio — the starting point for every Pocket Heart.

Shape

Shaping each heart

Each piece is cut and refined by hand until it has that familiar solid heart shape — small enough to hold, keep, or pop in a pocket.

Paint

Hand-painted

Every design is painted by hand. For custom hearts, your message is added at this stage — before the heart is fired.

Kiln

Into the kiln

Hearts go into the kiln so the artwork is fused into the glass — not printed on the surface. Made to last for years.

Card

The little card

Each heart sits on a little card designed and finished in our studio — the perfect backdrop for your message.

Gift

Ready to gift

Every heart is checked, then wrapped in a compostable cello bag with ribbon — a small gift made with care, ready for someone special.
